Are all products in an order shipped together?


We source the production of our products from several trusted Service Providers. Depending on the items you order, some of your items may ship together.


What’s the estimated time of arrival for a product?


The “Production & Shipping” link located on each product page, under the product price, is a regularly updated list of average production times. This is the 30-day average time it takes to produce each specific product.


Our overall average production time is around 2.5 business days but check your specific product page for its average.


The delivery time for products will vary depending on several factors including the type of shipping you choose, time of year, location, service disruptions, etc. Typically, shipping (delivery time) averages 3-5 business days.  


Simply put:


Production time + delivery time = estimated time of arrival (ETA)


Our Service Providers and M.J.Production work hard to meet delivery estimates with each order.


If you’re ever in a situation where the ETA has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, if 5 to 7  business days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us at, and we’ll take a look.


What shipping options do I have and how do I select them?


Standard shipping (free shipping) is available for all orders over $75.


Priority shipping is only available if the Service Provider offers this option and will appear during the checkout process.


How do I cancel or edit an order?


If the order hasn’t been sent to production yet:

You can cancel or make changes to your order by contacting us at This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method.

If the order has been sent to production:

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.

How are returns or refunds handled?


We utilize Print-On-Demand (POD) Service Providers to fulfill orders, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.


However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please reach out to our team using the “Contact Us” form or email us at A clear photo showing the issue may be requested, if required by the Service Provider.
