SHIPPING & RETURNS
Products sold through the Store on this website are fulfilled and shipped by our Service Providers. In our efforts to reduce overproduction and improve sustainability, all products we offer are Print-On-Demand (POD). This means that products are unique and produced only once ordered.
Depending on the product, time of year, availability and destination, the time from order fulfillment to product delivery can take 3-15 business days. Some locations may have longer or shorter wait times and/or the option to upgrade shipping priority.
Products that are available for purchase through our affiliates are also POD and generally have the same fulfillment and delivery times of 3-15 business days.
Each Product page on this Website contains an Average Production Time “APT”, which can be found by clicking "Production & Shipping" under the price of the product. The listed APT for each Product is an estimated average production time by the Service Provider and are in no way guaranteed. The APT does not include the time it takes to ship and deliver the Product.
The Estimated Time of Arrival “ETA” of a Product is calculated as follows:
ETA = APT + Shipping Priority;
Where: APT=2.0 business days
Standard Shipping=5 business days
ETA = 7 business days
If you have ordered Products through this Website and there is an instance where your order has gone beyond the Estimated Time of Arrival, we kindly ask you to wait 5 business days before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll take a look.
If you have ordered Products through an affiliated website and there is an instance where your order has gone beyond the Estimated Time of Arrival, we kindly ask you to wait 7 business days before contacting the affiliated seller and us at email@example.com.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Cancellations. After an Order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to issue a full or partial Refund in case of canceled Orders. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will determine if the Order can be cancelled and whether your cancellation is eligible for a full or partial Refund; these factors are dependent on the stage of the fulfillment of the Order. Please use our Contact Form and choose Cancellation under the Topic section to submit your request.
Returns & Exchanges. Because all products purchased through this Website or affiliated websites are Print-On-Demand (POD) and are specifically created for you, returns and exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis. By submitting an Order to production either manually or via an automatic setting, you acknowledge that the Order execution or Order contents (products, shipping method, delivery and return addresses) cannot be further modified. If the shipment details are incorrect, or if the wrong size or color is ordered or if you simply change your mind, we cannot be held responsible.
You may submit requests for change of certain Order details, including address change or delivery method change. Our Support team will evaluate the request and at its discretion will let you know whether it is possible to accommodate your request and/or whether your request carries any additional costs.
We do not perform any of the printing itself, nor do we, our Service Providers or affiliates hold any inventory. Other than issues caused by technical error, we are not responsible for the quality and outcome of Produced Orders. The quality of the production is dependent on the Service Provider. Each Provider has their own tools and procedures for production that may create product variants and inconsistencies with the product images.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Your exchange/return request will be promptly attended to and investigated. We will determine if you are eligible to receive a Reprint free of charge or a Refund.
